From combustion engines to fulfillment centers, advertising analytics to website development, I have an unquenchable thirst to understand how things work. This originally led me to a degree in mechanical engineering and working as a product development specialist; over time, however, my passion expanded to the numerous facets of business operations, entrepreneurship, and software engineering.

Today, I'm a fullstack web developer and the owner of BackerClub - a small online business that adds excitement to the crowdfunding industry and helps creators bring their ideas to life.

Some Facts About Me

• Husband to an awesome wife and proud father of 4 boys (2 human, 2 huskies).
• My first introduction to programming was in high school, creating small GUI applications for Windows using Visual Basic.
• In 2016, I created a Windows app to streamline the fulfillment process at the TST warehouse that integrated with our inventory system and ShipStation. It was my first dabble into USB devices, background PDF printing, and working with DLL's.
• I've worked on a Laravel app that had a concurrency limit of 15,000 Lambda functions on AWS.
• From 2012 to 2014, I taught the Mechanical Engineering Design Lab course for my college.
• I've jumped out of an airplane over 200 times 🪂.
• I've lapped JenningsGP in ~1:24 on a GSXR-750.
• My favorite hobby is rock climbing 🧗‍.
• I'm an audiophile (to my wife's dismay 😅).
• I study the world of wine for fun.
• I roast my own coffee using an Aillio Bullet.
• One of my favorite meals is a wood-fired Neapolitan pizza cooked in our Gozney Dome.
